WellSpan considers sponsorship opportunities that:

Focus directly on improving health and well-being
Support a partner organization that advances our mission of exceptional care for all
Align with WellSpan's clinical and/or strategic priorities
Advance economic development of the communities we serve
Support workforce development initiatives

All sponsorships must align with WellSpan's policies and the regulatory environment.

We will not sponsor:

Organizations that don't share our mission and values
Organizations that discriminate in the provisions of services
Private clubs, fraternities or sororities
Political candidates, campaigns or organizations
Faith-based organizations for non-secular purposes
Individual requests

Review process

Sponsorship requests must be submitted 60 days prior to the event for review.
We’ll email the contact with an acceptance or decline within four to six weeks of submission.
